Crawfish Eating Contest   1:30 pm Saturday

RULES:  Each contestant must sign up by 11:30 Saturday at the
Volunteer/Information Office (look for sign). Cost to enter is $20.00 per person.
Contestants will be given 20 minutes to eat as much crawfish as possible. Judging
will be done by our Committee Members who will monitor the contestants to make
sure that the entire meaty portion of the tail is consumed. Judges will count the
amount of crawfish heads in the bucket at the time the contest is over. The person
who consumes the most during the 20 minutes will be judged to be the winner. If
there is a tie, there will be a "tie-breaker" contest to determine the winner.






Cajun Hot Wing Eating Contest  3:30 pm Saturday

RULES: Each contestant must sign up by 1:00 Saturday at the Volunteer/Information
Office (look for the sign). Cost to enter is $20.00 per person. Contestants will be
given 30 minutes to eat as much hot wings as possible. Judging will be done by our
Committee Members who will monitor the contestants to make sure that the entire
meaty portion of the wing and/or drumstick is consumed. Judges will count the
amount of bones in the bucket at the time the contest is over. The person who
consumes the most during the 30 minutes will be judged to be the winner. If there is
a tie, there will be a "tie-breaker" contest to determine the winner.
